Bob, I'm not going to remove them, they are great cave mobs. The giant cave spiders are supposed to be extremely deadly. Youre not really supposed to be fighting them alone. They are really good at killing solo players. They may get nerfed somehow such as being passive until hit or a lower attribute, but otherwise they are pretty fair is you can do your best to avoid them at all costs.
Jabbers are also a really deep cave mob. They aren't intended to be fought solo. Rather they are meant for a small group of fighters to kill or to avoid.
Skeleton archers, zombies, might be distributed differently in the future. Right now they primarily spawn around surface and underground. If you dont want to run into tough mobs stay above -500.
I start a new job on Monday (the 9th of December) and my time for development will be less. Community input will be much more important in helping me find bugs. I would really appreciate if some people could step it up and learn how to collaborate with me in git and do some development.
I am also planning to fork my current server configuration and create a new development server for myself and maybe some others. It might be hosted publically, but just require a password. That way I could restart the main game/server much less and maybe have more rapid solo development. The downside of this, is less instant feedback and bug finding from players on the main server. But I think this trade off might be worth it because it will skyrocket the popularity of the main game/server and the players that just want to play will have less interruptions.
